Important Reminder! 1) Please be on time, at least 10, minutes before class start (and no more then 5 minute late) as it is important not to miss warm-up for safety reasons and for respect to the coaches and the other class participants. 2) Age requirement for class participants is 16 years of age. 3) For our outdoor classes please sign up a day before due to class preparations, for transportation it’s a fee of 50 THB / pers.
